I've been struggling to get to my desk to draw. And instead of journaling, I've listened to that persistent, negative voice in my head that claims it's just narcissistic navel gazing.
So, to get myself to my desk each day to draw or journal, I hand bound an A6 journal over the weekend. It has 32 pages, so the idea is to do a page a day, and to bind a new journal each month.
Let's see if this habit takes off!
